Hotel Sonne - Karlsruhe

This place was a great choice for our annual holiday getaway, meeting all our expectations and making our stay really enjoyable.

Marvellous and peaceful location, within a walking distance of everywhere. Positioned in the interesting area.

This was a comfortable stay for annual holidays. The booked room was exceptionally nice with spotless sheets. I could use central heating, an ironing set, and a work desk. The staff were fine and location was marvellous and quiet. Further, it was really close to restaurant and a beautiful Karlsruhe suburb called Stupferich.

Great time spent here! the breakfast was amazing, filled with delicious treats, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. 😊

We intend to come back, and use the hotel as a base - to see the mountains and the spas

The location here is fantastic, offering a peaceful setting close to the motorway exit and restaurants, with the beautiful Waldenserweg Palmbach just 3 km away.

This is a family own hotel. If you arrive late the main door might be locked. However, on the side there is a phone. Call the reception number and they will assist you providing a room. The hotel was clean and plesant, the breakfast a good buffet. An overall good value for the money paid.

Very nice little hotel with authentic atmosphere. The restaurant, brings the traditional German cuisine to a higher level. Meat lovers will appreciate the butcher-fresh products.

The newly remodelled rooms with Wi-Fi were great. the staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. - the location of the hotel is ideal and good.

The late check-in was easy through the outside phone. breakfast was excellent!

We had a room next to the big street which was noisy. Also we booked a non-smoking room but there have obviously been smokers in our room before our stay (the smokers sign on the door was striked-through with a marker)

The breakfast here is amazing with a variety of treats and the facilities are well-maintained.

The location and the restaurant was very good. They also had a good breakfast in the morning.

I thought the shower could of been cleaned better on a daily basis and then I don't think it would have the build up it has of black which looks like mold.

Internet free, but with limited access. No lift, and rooms in dependance.
